The 2012 team

Our Keynote Speaker

Jill McPherson ~Teacher, speaker, TV Host, & leaper of faith!

In the past 5 years, Jill has increasingly chosen to listen to and to act on the ideas that have come to her, often taking risks that have had an impact on her career & financial life as well as on her personal relations.  Often exhilarating, sometimes scarey, her leaps into the unknown have developed her muscle of trust in the bigger picture.  While never pretending to have mastered this practise, she will share with us her journey through both the darkness and the light, and include stories of serendipities that seem reserved for those who take a leap ... and choose to trust.

Shelley Hannah, CPCC, Inspiration Convention organizer

Trained by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach who loves to blow wind in the sails of those who are called to make a difference in the world.  In my heart of hearts, I believe that is all of us.  Whether or not we know what that difference is.

I am on-goingly moved by the alchemy that is created when inspired & creative people gather.  I'm excited by the prospect that many people can generate ripples far greater than any of us could on our own. I can't wait to see who will gather ... and what we will get up to!

Our Cook Extraordinaire

Alta cooks glorious food!  For people she loves.   for groups large and small.  what more is there to say? she asks.  I say that people want to know that you have a lot of experience sending happy, nourished, nurtured people home from all the events and retreats at which you have cooked.  Yes, she said, there have been many.  Hundreds of them! I say, perhaps thousands! I am one of them!

She's looking forward to cooking for us!

 Our Silver Springs host

Sue Tennant - owner of Silver Springs Retreat, is an entrepreneur and 'inspirateur'.  She was ordained an interfaith minister in 1992 at the New Seminary in NYC and later founded the Multifaith Festival of the Family (ROM, Toronto)  and the Ontario chapter of World Interfaith Education Association in (now Interfaith Ontario). A trip to India in 1994 gave her a strong desire to help improve life there for illiterate women and girls. She founded FreeSchools World Literacy in 2005, and since then has devoted much of her life to building teams and raising the money necessary (approx. $140,000 annually) to fund the cost of educating 4500 students in over 80 schools in India, Bangladesh and Thailand.  This is a woman whose ripples have a far-reaching impact, locally and abroad!
